As a product designer with 7 years of experience in mobile service companies, I've been responsible for the entire UX design process for new and improvement projects, approaching them from both design and business perspectives within Agile teams. During this time, I've generated UX ideas and designs for experience-centric products and new service platforms by analyzing user insights and engaging in brainstorming sessions.
Throughout my career, I've improved my skills by formulating hypotheses, analyzing data, and solving UX issues. My approach to design is rooted in innovation and proactivity, constantly seeking to enhance user experience. I prioritize understanding problems from the customer's perspective, always asking "Why" and approaching design with logical reasoning and objective evidence.

I was raised in Seoul, graduated from the Master of Digital Media Design program at the International Design Advanced School of Hongik University, and had the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse global cultures during my studies. I enjoy communicating with people from diverse backgrounds with a positive mindset and energetic personality. I have a passion for continuous learning, enjoying new challenges, and gaining knowledge through experiences in various countries and cultures, fostering my growth as a designer.
